Our Team
Ryan Roberts
President
A pastor of 20+ years, Ryan started his pastoral ministry in the small town of Abilene, KS, where he was a Youth Pastor before being accepted to L.I.F.E. Bible College in southern California. It was in Bible College that he and a team of five others started their first church plant, which still flourishes today, and where he met his wife Karen. Ryan has served the Lord, bi-vocationally, in a variety of leadership development roles within new church plants, early church start-ups, and well-established ministries in California and Colorado. Currently he pastors Springs of Living Water in Colorado Springs, CO.
Since 1994, Ryan has also shared in the ministry with his step-father, Mike, and today continues the ministry, in training and equipping disciples in the work of the ministry through the teachings of Jesus. This has resulted in many lives being transformed into the likeness of Jesus Christ. His heart is to ultimately wake-up a sleeping church. |
Jan Gibson
Vice-President
The Journey with Jesus series has been just as exciting for me alongside my husband. Mike’s gifts are teaching, writing and preaching. I was honored when he asked me if I wanted to use my gift of art and design to grace the covers of his books.

Mike Gibson
Former President - "In Glory"
August 4, 1944 - February 5, 2019
Upon coming to faith in Jesus Christ at age 33, Michael Gibson earnestly wanted someone to disciple him in the faith. Finding no one . . . he became a student and then teacher of God’s word.
One statement in particular, captured his attention, “Go . . . make disciples . . . baptizing them . . . teaching them to observe all that I commanded you.” (Mt 28:19-20) From that he wrote his first book, “Follow Me” (1996), a compilation of the four gospels into one account while highlighting each of the 263 instructions Jesus commanded His disciples to do and teach. Subsequently, he has written the three-part teaching series, “A Journey with Jesus” and many other books which help equip believers to do the work of the ministry. Guy and Paula McIntyre
Disciple Makers
The McIntyres have an active ministry named Full Life Ministries, which serves Jail, Prison, and Homeless populations, is on staff with Lessons for Life Ministries, and are Pastors at Shiloh Chapel in Colorado Springs, CO.
Using both the Lessons for Life and the Key 2 Change, "A Journey with Jesus" lessons, they work with people who are in need of change in their life through one on one mentoring, discipleship, and correspondence (using the faith based practical Lessons for Life). The Bibles, books, and lessons distributed by Guy and Paula is an inroad for a deeper conversation. As relationships are forged, many of these folks then attend Shiloh Chapel in person and are extended God’s love and acceptance to help them move forward in their walk with Christ. Guy has been an ordained minister for many years through Full Life Ministries Bible College and is an ordained chaplain. He is also ordained by Spirit and Truth (The Church). In addition to being an Associate Pastor and Elder for Shiloh Chapel, Guy mentors and teaches inmates at the county jail every day. Guy has helped hundreds to receive the Gospel and understand how God’s grace and their obedience can change their life. He offers practical advice, scriptural truths, and resources (like job, food, or housing availability). Guy has been teaching Key 2 Change for several years now. Guy’s strong testimony leads many to realize that God can and does love each of us and can turn lives around. Paula has recently been ordained by Spirit and Truth (The Church) as a result of her calling by God to preach, teach, and love others. She has been a Christian for most of her life, but was led to move to Colorado Springs to marry and join her husband’s ministry in 2016. Since then, she has worked with women both in the Denver Women’s Prison and at Shiloh Chapel. She teaches the Key 2 Change discipleship lessons to several women, teaches in small groups, and leads communion on a monthly basis at Shiloh Chapel. Trained as an Accountant, she is still active part time in her former career, but now more than ever as an influence for the Kingdom of God and His Glory. |
