Our Purpose

The driving force behind the Key 2 Changes is to provide resources to Christians that will help reawaken the Church (God's people) to His desires for it . . . rather than what men have made it to be.
As Christians, we are all responsible to hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
  • There is only one Vision for the Church … it is God’s vision . . . that we are to become like His son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • There is only one Ministry the Church is to perform . . . it is God’s ministry … which is to reconcile people to Himself.
  • There is only one Mission the Church is to accomplish … it is God’s “Great Commission” (something we are to do in conjunction with Him) . . . that is to Make Disciples.
  • And, there is only one Strategythe Church is to use to accomplish God’s vision, ministry and mission . . . it is God’s strategy . . . which is to: 
    • Be empowered by the Holy Spirit.
    • Go into all the world.
    • Preach the message of forgiveness of sins in Jesus’ name.
    • Baptize those who have believed the message.
    • Teach those who have been baptized to observe everything that Jesus commanded them to do.
In order to accomplish His Work . . . God has given us:
  • His Authority . . . to accomplish the vision, ministry and mission.
  • His Power . . . the Holy Spirit.
  • His Glory . . .the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
  • His Tools . . . he gifts of the Holy Spirit.
  • His Equippers . . . apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.
