This is from northern India where a leader I have given the Key to, has taken to using it with many ministry leaders:

‘There is serious Bible study from Golden key is going on in our team.  Each person writing comments.  We almost 15 team members of office started studying the lesson.  Our city is lockdown due to Coronavirus so we are seeking God through the lesson . . . which you have given us!’

Lesson 1 – “Follow Me”
 
It means OBEDIENCE or Submission or Deny yourself or Leave everything behind for one Goal and purpose.
 
Yes!!  To become a disciple or follower of Jesus it’s very important, which bring new strategies, freshness to the soul and mind, understanding, maturity and self-control but there is more beyond that Jesus wants us to be OBEDIENCE and fully submitted and abide in him, The Bible says that in James 1:22 is HEARING AND DOING THE WORD OF GOD.  When Jesus said to Peter, Simon other disciples to follow me I will make you FISHERMEN and they OBEYED him and followed him.  When Jesus called Matthew a tax collector, follow me, he also followed Christ that means if we want to bring impact in the kingdom of God, we should have to OBEY GOD’S word.  Obedience and submission, it’s very important.

Actually, the leader of this Northern India group (just reported this morning via messaging) said they have 52 now doing the lessons!  Being they are under lockdown now in India, they are using the material from 9-5 daily online with all.  Then they send in their thoughts to all via a WhatsApp group!  I’ve now been asked to join for reviewing lessons and comments and to add my thoughts too.  What a blessing!
